How to Order

Please place your order online from our catalogue, just select the item you require and click the “add to shopping basket” button, then follow the simple ordering instructions. You can abort this order at anytime before entering your payment details.

 

Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of placing your order. Payment is made through Barclaycard merchants secure server, who accepts all major credit cards, switch and other debit cards.

 

Notification of order

When you have placed your order through the Barclaycard merchants secure server you will automatically receive an E-mail receipt of your purchase. Please save this or print it for future reference.

 

Delivery

After placing your order you will be contacted by phone either by us or directly by one of our delivery partners, in order to arrange a specific date for delivery. If you are not at home when your goods are delivered, we will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time Note our delivery are kerb side only.

 

Availability

While we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

 

Warranty & Guarantee

All products, come with a 12-month guarantee, and sold with the “full manufacturers warranty”. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product type. You’ll find complete manufacturers customer service information, phone numbers & policy with your product. Our Return & Cancellation Policies

Need to return an item? No problem. If you return an item within 14 days, we will reimburse you the full merchandise amount, less an applicable restocking fee. All merchandise being returned, needs to be shipped prepaid & requires a Return Authorization code. Please call us prior to return to obtain this code# which need to be written on the package being sent back. *We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee.
